We’re excited to introduce Aaron Barrus, the newest member of the Western States Lodging and Management (WSLM) team! As the Vice President of Facilities, Aaron is stepping into a role that’s pivotal for ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes at our properties.
With a background that blends hands-on experience in facilities management and a deep understanding of logistics and supply chains, Aaron is more than ready to take on this challenge. Before joining WSLM, he successfully ran his own facilities repair and maintenance business. He also spent five years as a licensed nursing home administrator and eight years in global logistics and supply chain management—so he’s no stranger to the demands of keeping operations running seamlessly.
Aaron’s education is equally impressive. He holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Utah State University. This combination of practical experience and academic knowledge positions him perfectly to oversee maintenance, renovations, on-property systems, purchasing, and more across our hospitality, senior living, and Nxt Property Management divisions.
