Running from December 1 to January 31, this initiative extends acts of kindness across the communities we proudly serve, showcasing our core value of “Be Loving” and our mission to “Serve You Like Family.”
Acts of Kindness Ripple Across Communities
Our “Be Loving” campaign truly personifies our Personal Touch Culture and our core value of “Be Loving.” We believe every person has inherent worth, and we encourage our associates to create loving and meaningful connections with residents, guests, and the broader community. Acts of love have a powerful ripple effect, and one act of kindness can change the world. From hospitality to senior living, our campaign is designed to leave a lasting impact through three main initiatives:
Personal Touch Stays for Families in Need
At over 40 of our managed hospitality properties—including Marriott, Hilton, IHG, and independent brands—we are offering complimentary weekend “staycations” to families facing challenging circumstances. These Personal Touch Stays are given to foster families, disaster survivors, and veterans through partnerships with local foster groups, the Red Cross, and VA organizations. Our goal is to provide these families with a relaxing retreat and meaningful moments of togetherness during difficult times.
Building Intergenerational Bonds Through Reverse Adoption
Within our Legacy Retirement Communities, we’re fostering connections between residents and foster children or at-risk youth through the Reverse Adoption initiative. This program helps build intergenerational bonds, offering both seniors and children a sense of belonging, love, and warmth through shared experiences.
The Be Loving Hotline: A Message of Hope
For anyone seeking a moment of positivity, we’ve launched the Be Loving Hotline. By dialing 855-303-LOVE (5683), callers can hear inspiring and encouraging messages from our associates and residents. It’s a simple yet powerful way to spread hope and kindness throughout the season.

As a relationship-first organization, we’ve grown from two flagship properties to over 90 properties with 5,000 associates across 13 states. Our commitment to fostering loving and meaningful connections is at the heart of everything we do. Through this campaign, we hope to show how small acts of kindness can create a ripple effect of compassion and care.
